The full terms are still being written. The short version:

• Your account, your responsibility. Keep your login safe. Don’t share it with anyone you don’t trust. We’re not responsible for activity from a compromised account.
• Use it as intended. AllyJournal is for journaling your own trades. No scraping, no abuse, no automated mass signups.
• Beta means beta. We’re early. Features may change. We’ll give you notice for anything that affects your data.
• Not financial advice. Stats, charts, and insights are tools to help you reflect on your trading. None of it is financial advice.
• Your data is yours. Export or delete it whenever. We won’t hold it hostage.
• Chart content is for personal use. The interactive charts on AllyJournal are powered by TradingView under licence. You may not use any chart content, market data, or other content on this site for commercial purposes without first obtaining the necessary licence directly from the relevant provider, and you may not use the site in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations.
